Step 1: Define a group(cohort) of patients using data filters. ![]() Step 2: In this example, we want to select all patients with diagnosis "Crohns disease" or "Ulcerative colitis" ![]() Step 3: After clicking the NEXT-Button, we define the datafields for output, iterating through all IBDIS-blocks. Here, Patients (Block A, C, D, E, G) Sex and Diagnosis and Block B Location - Examinations Examination methods and Endoscopy technique and Radiology is requested for output. ![]() Step 4a: Pressing the SHOW RESULTS-Button delivers the data available in XLS-dataformat, CSV-dataformat and visible on the screen in table. Here, results for Patients (Block A, C, D, E, G) Sex and Diagnosis ![]() Step 4b: The same result set now retrieving data from Block B Location - Examinations Examination methods and Endoscopy technique and Radiology ![]() Step 5: The resultset can now be opened in Microsoft Excel or any other statistic software package like SPSS. ![]() |
